Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
Consolidated revenue from operations grew about 105 percent YoY to Rs 740.7 crores in Q1 FY27 from Rs 361.9 crores. Consolidated PAT fell about 12 percent to Rs 38 crores from Rs 43.1 crores. Standalone revenue dropped sharply to Rs 12.2 crores with a Rs 2.9 crore loss, as subsidiaries now drive most of the business. Board re-appointed Chairman Manish Gupta and MD Vikas Jain for 5 years each from December 15, 2026.
Strong top-line growth shows healthy demand, but softer PAT and weak standalone may cap upside. Leadership continuity is reassuring for investors.
