On the reaction day the stock moved 5.2 pts more than Nifty Microcap 250 and 5.5 pts more than its Industrial Products peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.

The Board of Integra Engineering India approved standalone and consolidated unaudited financial results for Q1FY26 (quarter ended June 30, 2025). Revenue from operations rose to Rs. 4,572.76 lakhs, up about 29% from Rs. 3,533.89 lakhs in the same quarter last year. Profit after tax jumped to Rs. 508.44 lakhs versus Rs. 293.63 lakhs, a rise of around 73%, while EPS stood at Rs. 1.48 compared to Rs. 0.85. The auditors, CNK & Associates LLP, issued a clean (unmodified) limited review report on both sets of results. The Board also approved the allotment of 30,000 equity shares under ESOP 2015 at an exercise price of Rs. 36 (Rs. 1 face value plus Rs. 35 premium) and a revised insider trading code.
Strong double-digit growth in both revenue and profits year-on-year signals healthy business momentum, which is positive for shareholders. The ESOP allotment is a small dilution (under 0.1% of share capital) and unlikely to materially affect shareholders.
