Integra Engineering India reported FY25 standalone revenue of ₹16,585.68 lakhs, up about 13% from ₹14,682.38 lakhs in FY24. Profit after tax rose to ₹1,848.77 lakhs from ₹1,452.04 lakhs, a jump of roughly 27%, lifting EPS to ₹5.38 from ₹4.23. Q4 was especially strong, with revenue of ₹4,225.77 lakhs (up ~27% YoY) and PAT of ₹413.11 lakhs (up ~53%). Statutory auditor CNK & Associates LLP issued an unmodified opinion on both standalone and consolidated results. The Board also appointed Mr. Dilipsinh Jadeja as an Independent Director for 5 years, reappointed CNK & Associates for a second 5-year term as Statutory Auditor, and appointed Devesh Pathak & Associates as Secretarial Auditor.
Healthy double-digit profit growth and margin expansion point to solid operational performance, likely to be viewed positively by shareholders. Heavy capex (PPE nearly doubled to ₹5,804 lakhs) and sharply lower cash balance (down to ₹3.05 lakhs from ₹318.20 lakhs) signal significant investment, which may pressure near-term returns but supports future growth. No dividend or major restructuring announcement was made.
