Integra Engineering India reported Q3 FY26 revenue from operations of ₹4,221.46 lakhs, down about 9.7% from ₹4,676.60 lakhs in Q3 FY25. Profit after tax fell sharply to ₹346.27 lakhs (vs ₹611.17 lakhs in Q3 FY25), a drop of roughly 43%, with EPS of ₹1.01 versus ₹1.78 in the year-ago quarter. For the nine-month period, revenue grew modestly to ₹12,898.33 lakhs (vs ₹12,359.91 lakhs, up ~4.4%), but PAT declined to ₹1,201.26 lakhs from ₹1,435.66 lakhs. The company also recognized an expense impact from the implementation of the new Labour Codes notified in November 2025. The associate entity, Integra Systems Private Limited (ISPL), is under winding-up proceedings since August 2024, contributing nil to consolidated numbers.
Despite steady nine-month revenue growth, sharp YoY declines in Q3 profitability and margins signal pressure on the standalone business, which may weigh on short-term investor sentiment. No dividend or exceptional items were announced, and the auditor's review report was unmodified.
