The InvIT Committee of Infinite India Investment Management Limited, the investment manager of Intelligent Supply Chain Infrastructure Trust, has declared a distribution of ₹0.9127 per unit as return on capital to unitholders. The record date for the distribution is fixed on Wednesday, June 25, 2025. The distribution will be paid to unitholders within 5 working days from the record date, in compliance with SEBI (Infrastructure Investment Trusts) Regulations, 2014. This is being communicated in continuation of an earlier letter dated June 17, 2025.
Unitholders holding units as of the record date (June 25, 2025) will be eligible to receive the ₹0.9127 per unit distribution, providing a small cash return on their investment in the InvIT.
