Intelligent Supply Chain Infrastructure Trust (an InvIT) has declared a distribution of ₹0.9127 per unit as return on capital to unitholders. The decision was taken at the InvIT Committee meeting held on April 23, 2025. The record date for the distribution has been fixed as Saturday, April 26, 2025. The distribution will be paid to unitholders within 5 working days from the record date, in compliance with SEBI InvIT Regulations, 2014. This is an update to the Trust's earlier communication dated April 22, 2025.
