Intelligent Supply Chain Infrastructure Trust, through its Investment Manager Infinite India Investment Management Limited, has declared a distribution of ₹2.7972 per unit as return on capital to unitholders. The InvIT Committee approved this distribution at its meeting held on December 18, 2025. The record date for unitholders to be eligible for the distribution has been fixed as Tuesday, December 23, 2025. The distribution amount will be paid to unitholders within 5 working days from the record date, in line with SEBI InvIT Regulations.
