On the reaction day the stock moved 6.5 pts less than Nifty Microcap 250 and 6.3 pts less than its IT Enabled Services peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
For the September 2025 quarter, consolidated revenue from operations fell 20.0% year on year to Rs 3,348.28 lakh, while profit after tax fell 36.7% to Rs 317.07 lakh. For the first half, revenue fell 21.2% to Rs 6,400.07 lakh and profit after tax fell 57.9% to Rs 442.33 lakh. Standalone first-half profit was only Rs 13.36 lakh. Operating cash flow was positive, and the limited review raised no material concern.
Revenue and profit declines may pressure the stock, while near-breakeven standalone profit is a concern. Positive cash flow offers some support.
