Inter Globe Finance Ltd, a Kolkata-based NBFC, reported standalone unaudited results for Q2 FY26 and H1 FY26 (ended September 30, 2025). Total income for the half year stood at Rs 11,626.09 lakhs, up roughly 17% from Rs 9,960.05 lakhs in H1 FY25, while revenue from operations rose about 30% to Rs 11,679.22 lakhs. Net profit for the half year surged to Rs 686.48 lakhs from Rs 273.72 lakhs, more than a 2.5x jump, lifting EPS to Rs 7.66 from Rs 3.17. For Q2 alone, revenue from operations dipped to Rs 4,507.99 lakhs (vs Rs 6,240.51 lakhs a year ago), but net profit still climbed to Rs 366.47 lakhs from Rs 89.25 lakhs on better margins. The statutory auditor (JLN US & Co.) issued a clean limited review report with an unmodified opinion, and the company confirmed no defaults on loans or debt securities.
Sharp improvement in profitability and a clean audit opinion are positive for shareholders. The very low debt levels (total liabilities of only ~Rs 794 lakhs against equity of ~Rs 13,338 lakhs) and zero loan defaults underline balance sheet strength, though the Q2 revenue dip is a watchpoint.
