Promoter Pramod Kumar Jain disclosed under SEBI Takeover Regulations that he acquired 4,20,000 equity shares (3.83%) of Inter Globe Finance Ltd through a preferential allotment on 16 October 2025. His individual holding rose from 4.46 lakh shares (4.99%) to 8.66 lakh shares (7.91%). The allotment was part of a broader preferential issue to multiple promoter-group members, which increased the company's total share capital from 89.57 lakh to 1.09 crore equity shares. Total promoter-group holding after the allotment stands at 58.82%, up from about 53.83% earlier.
