Q3 FY26 revenue rose 44% YoY to Rs 522.5 crore from Rs 363.6 crore. Nine month revenue grew 41% to Rs 1,394 crore. Q3 PAT jumped 32% YoY to Rs 37.3 crore; nine month PAT up 41% to Rs 97.9 crore. Q3 EPS stood at Rs 22.22 vs Rs 16.94. An exceptional charge of Rs 3.24 crore was taken for new Labour Codes. Board also approved a QIP of up to Rs 100 crore to fund capex. Auditor flagged Income Tax search and survey from August 2025 as an Emphasis of Matter, with no demands raised so far.
Strong topline and earnings growth, but Income Tax search overhang and QIP dilution risk warrant caution.
