On the reaction day the stock moved 0.2 pts more than Nifty 100 and 0.6 pts more than its Transport Services peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.

NSE and BSE sought clarification from IndiGo on a Moneycontrol report saying SEBI was examining whether the company failed in disclosures and the board's role was under scrutiny. InterGlobe Aviation said it has not received any communication from SEBI indicating any examination has commenced, calling the news factually incorrect. The company said it has duly responded to routine exchange queries and is unaware of any undisclosed information that could explain the price movement.
Company denies any SEBI probe. Stock may see relief, but exchange-level scrutiny on disclosures continues.
