Interise Trust closes trading window ahead of Q2 results

Interise Trust has informed BSE and NSE that its trading window for dealing in securities will be closed from October 1, 2026. It will reopen 48 hours after declaration of unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026. This is a routine insider trading compliance measure under SEBI code, restricting designated persons from trading during this period.
