Interise Trust (formerly IndInfravit Trust), an Infrastructure Investment Trust, has received a credit rating reaffirmation from ICRA Limited. All existing ratings remain unchanged, including the commercial paper rating of A1+, the issuer rating of AAA with Stable outlook, and the non-convertible debenture rating of AAA with Stable outlook. Additionally, a fresh A1+ rating has been assigned by ICRA for the trust's proposed commercial paper issuance. Long-term ratings (AAA/Stable) and short-term bank facility ratings (A1+) on overdraft and bank guarantee facilities have also been maintained.
