Interise Trust has received credit rating actions from ICRA Limited covering its debt instruments. ICRA has assigned [ICRA]AAA with 'Stable' outlook to a proposed non-convertible debenture (NCD) issuance of Rs. 2,075 crore, while reaffirming the existing NCD rating of Rs. 968 crore at the same level. The commercial paper rating of Rs. 1,000 crore has been reaffirmed at [ICRA]A1+. The issuer rating of [ICRA]AAA(Stable) and bank facility ratings covering term loans, overdraft, and bank guarantees totaling Rs. 7,309 crore have also been reaffirmed at the highest levels.
All ratings remain at the highest investment grade with stable outlook, reflecting strong confidence in the trust's credit quality and debt servicing ability. This supports continued low-cost fundraising and is a positive signal for existing debenture holders and prospective investors.
