Interise Trust (formerly IndInfravit Trust) has allotted 15,200 unsecured, listed, rated commercial papers with a face value of Rs. 5 Lakhs each, aggregating to Rs. 760 Crores. The papers have a tenure of 364 days and carry the highest short-term credit rating of ICRA A1+. The listing application has been filed with BSE, and the papers are expected to be listed by June 5, 2025. The allotment was done by the Investment & Finance Committee of the Trust's investment manager, Interise Investment Managers Limited, on June 4, 2025.
This is a routine short-term debt raise at the top credit rating, indicating strong credit quality. For unitholders, this is a normal treasury/refinancing activity and is unlikely to have any material impact on unit price.
