Interworld Digital defaults on Kotak Mahindra Prime vehicle loan installment

Interworld Digital disclosed a default of about 0.06 crore on a vehicle loan from Kotak Mahindra Prime. Total financial debt stands at 2.29 crore. The company says past Managing Director Man Mohan Gupta holds the vehicle and allegedly shifted the firm's business and intellectual property to his own entities. He has not cooperated to return the vehicle or settle the loan.
