Prabhat Technologies (India) Limited has received a Final Order from NCLT Mumbai Bench confirming successful completion of its insolvency resolution process. The NCLT has stated that the approved Resolution Plan (dated 16th October 2025) has been fully implemented - the Resolution Applicant made payments to Unsecured Financial Creditors and subsequently relinquished its equity share rights back to the Corporate Debtor. With nothing remaining in the petition, CP (IB) No. 1874 of 2019 stands closed. The Resolution Professional Rajendra K Bhuta confirmed no appeals are pending before any Appellate Authority or Court.
This is a positive development for shareholders as the company has successfully emerged from insolvency proceedings. With the NCLT closing the petition, Prabhat Technologies can now operate as a going concern without ongoing insolvency proceedings.
