Onix Solar Energy Ltd has fixed Wednesday, February 18, 2026 as the record date to determine shareholders eligible for its upcoming Rights Issue. The company plans to raise up to ₹250 crore by issuing 45,76,305 fully paid-up equity shares of ₹10 face value at a price of ₹546 per share (including a premium of ₹536). Eligible shareholders will receive 23 rights equity shares for every 103 shares held on the record date. The issue opens on February 26, 2026 and closes on March 6, 2026, with allotment expected around March 9, 2026. Assuming full subscription, the total equity share count will rise from about 2.05 crore to 2.51 crore shares.
