Intimation of Record Date, i.e., 19/12/2025
Awaiting price reaction for this filing.
Alps Industries has fixed Friday, December 19, 2025 as the record date for two corporate actions linked to its NCLT-approved Resolution Plan. First, the face value of its equity shares will be reduced from Rs. 10 to Rs. 0.10 per share, effectively a 99% cut in paid-up capital meant to write off accumulated losses, taking the capital base from Rs. 39.11 crore to Rs. 39.11 lakh. Immediately after, 10 shares of Rs. 0.10 each will be consolidated into 1 share of Re. 1, reducing the total share count from 3.91 crore to around 39.11 lakh equity shares. The combined effect is a 10:1 reduction in the number of shares with face value moving from Rs. 10 to Re. 1.
This is part of the company's revival process under insolvency resolution, so existing shareholders will end up with one-tenth the number of shares at one-tenth the face value, leaving their overall economic interest unchanged. The lower share count may improve trading liquidity and could lead to price adjustments on the ex-date, but there is no change in the underlying value of the holding.
