International Conveyors Limited's board met on May 14, 2025 and approved audited standalone and consolidated financial results for Q4 and FY ended March 31, 2025. Statutory auditor G. P. Agrawal & Co. issued an unmodified opinion on the results. On a consolidated basis, revenue from operations grew about 13% YoY to Rs. 151.85 crore, while profit after tax jumped roughly 47% to Rs. 91.71 crore from Rs. 62.39 crore in FY24, driven largely by strong investment and other income. The board recommended a final dividend of Rs. 0.75 per share (75% on Re. 1 face value) for FY25. The company also approved closure of its Singapore subsidiary Conveyor Holdings Pte Ltd and recognised a Rs. 16.62 crore exceptional impairment charge for that investment.
Strong consolidated earnings growth and a healthy 75% dividend are positive for shareholders. However, the Q4 standalone result slipped into a loss of Rs. 3.22 crore (versus a Rs. 6.24 crore profit a year ago) largely due to the exceptional impairment, which may cause short-term concern. The clean audit opinion and re-appointment of internal auditors support governance stability.
