International Conveyors Ltd reported audited standalone revenue of Rs. 20,365 lakh for FY26, up 44.6% from Rs. 14,082 lakh in FY25. Consolidated revenue rose to Rs. 21,313 lakh from Rs. 15,185 lakh. However, standalone PAT declined to Rs. 6,806 lakh from Rs. 7,625 lakh (down 10.7%), and consolidated PAT fell to Rs. 6,838 lakh from Rs. 9,171 lakh (down 25.4%). The Q4 standalone PAT was Rs. 511 lakh versus a loss of Rs. 3,221 lakh in Q4 FY25. Statutory auditors G.P. Agrawal & Co. provided an unmodified opinion on both standalone and consolidated results. The board recommended a final dividend of Rs. 0.50 per equity share (50% of face value) for FY25-26. The company also reappointed Lodha & Co. LLP as internal auditors for FY26-27. During the year, 4.02 lakh ESOP shares were allotted, and the company acquired International Conveyors Australia Pty Ltd as a direct subsidiary.
Strong revenue growth of 44%+ was offset by declining profitability, with PAT falling over 10% on standalone and 25% on consolidated basis. The investment segment showed volatility with a Q4 loss of Rs. 999 lakh. Dividend payout remains modest at Re. 0.50 per share.
