The Board approved audited consolidated and standalone financial results for Q4 and the financial year ended March 31, 2025. Consolidated revenue from operations jumped about 47% year-on-year to ₹2,664 crore (from ₹1,818 crore), helped by a full year of contribution from Aquity Holdings (acquired October 2023). Consolidated profit after tax rose roughly 31% to ₹486.1 crore (from ₹370.5 crore), taking basic EPS to ₹29.20 versus ₹22.37. On a standalone basis, revenue grew about 11.5% to ₹973.1 crore while standalone PAT was nearly flat at ₹331.9 crore (versus ₹336.9 crore). Statutory auditor Price Waterhouse issued an unmodified (clean) opinion on the results, and the Board appointed M/s Manish Ghia & Associates as Secretarial Auditor for five years (FY26–FY30), subject to shareholder approval. This is the company's first set of full-year audited results since listing on the exchanges.
Strong consolidated growth signals healthy business momentum, especially given clean audit and improving balance sheet (borrowings down, equity up). Positive for shareholder sentiment, though standalone profit was flat, suggesting growth is largely acquisition-driven. Investors should watch margin trends and integration performance.
