Inventurus Knowledge Solutions (IKS Health) submitted its Q1 FY26 results (quarter ended June 30, 2025). Consolidated revenue from operations grew ~15.6% year-on-year to ₹7,400.95 million, while profit after tax surged ~58.7% to ₹1,515.39 million (from ₹954.87 million). Standalone revenue jumped ~58.6% to ₹3,194.69 million and standalone PAT nearly doubled to ₹1,128.75 million. Basic EPS rose to ₹9.07 from ₹5.75 on a consolidated basis. Auditor Price Waterhouse issued an unmodified review conclusion on both standalone and consolidated results. Alongside results, the board approved several leadership changes: founder Sachin Gupta stepped down as Whole-time Director (citing personal reasons) but was designated Global CEO of the US subsidiary and continues as a Non-Executive Director; CFO Nithya Balasubramanian was elevated to Whole-time Director for five years; Garheng Albert Kong (founder of HealthQuest Capital) joined as an Independent Director; and KKC & Associates was re-appointed as internal auditor. The company also disclosed a $17 million investment acquiring 48.02% in IKS WWMG MSO LLC.
PAT growth of nearly 59% comfortably exceeds the 25% threshold, signalling strong profitability expansion even though top-line growth was moderate. The leadership reshuffle looks strategic: promoting the founder to a Global CEO role at the US subsidiary, elevating the CFO, and adding a seasoned US healthcare investor as Independent Director could be viewed positively by markets focused on global growth and governance strength.
