The board approved audited standalone and consolidated financial results for Q4 and FY25, along with an unmodified (clean) auditor's opinion from Ashwani & Associates. Full-year FY25 revenue from operations came in at Rs 2,079.21 crore, down about 2.5% from Rs 2,132.79 crore in FY24. Net profit for FY25 dropped roughly 25% to Rs 101 crore from Rs 135.42 crore, with EPS at Rs 3.44 versus Rs 4.61. The Q4 quarter itself was stronger, with revenue up about 4.7% year-on-year at Rs 527.78 crore and profit after tax rising to Rs 31.62 crore. The board also approved the re-appointment of Mr Vikas Gupta as Joint Managing Director for 5 years (he is the son of Managing Director Mr Varinder Gupta and brother of Executive Director Mr Abhiraj Gupta, making this a related-party appointment subject to shareholder approval) and set the 38th AGM for 22 August 2025.
Mixed bag for shareholders: full-year numbers weakened on both revenue and profit, and margins clearly compressed, but the Q4 rebound suggests recovery momentum. The related-party JMD re-appointment is routine for a family-run promoter company but will require shareholder vote at the upcoming AGM.
