Ion Exchange (India) Ltd submitted its 62nd Annual Report for FY 2025-26. Standalone revenue grew 5.5% to INR 2,679 crore, but PAT fell to INR 138.4 crore from INR 214.5 crore due to higher interest and depreciation from the new Roha plant, raw material costs, and new labour laws. EBITDA dropped to INR 279.3 crore. Company also booked an exceptional item of INR 14.5 crore. Board recommended a reduced dividend of INR 1.25 per share versus INR 1.50 earlier. AGM scheduled for September 11, 2026.
Profit decline and dividend cut despite revenue growth. Investors will track new Roha plant ramp-up and margin recovery in FY27.
