IP Rings Ltd reported a strong Q3 FY26 with standalone revenue from operations of Rs. 8,498.55 lakhs, up about 47% from Rs. 5,780.09 lakhs in Q3 FY25. The company swung back to a profit of Rs. 32.45 lakhs in Q3 from a loss of Rs. 356.04 lakhs a year earlier, with EPS of Rs. 0.26 versus Rs. (2.81). For the nine months, standalone revenue rose 14% to Rs. 25,024.66 lakhs and PAT turned positive at Rs. 112.28 lakhs against a loss of Rs. 403.12 lakhs. On a consolidated basis, 9M revenue was Rs. 25,024.66 lakhs and net profit was Rs. 58.81 lakhs, helped by the parent but hurt by a Rs. 57.87 lakhs loss from the joint venture IPR Eminox. The auditor (M.S. Krishnaswami & Rajan) issued an unmodified review report on both standalone and consolidated results.
A clear revenue rebound and return to profitability after a loss-making prior year is positive for shareholders, though results remain modest in absolute terms and were slightly weighed on by a Rs. 41.70 lakh one-time charge from new Labour Codes and ongoing losses in the joint venture.
