Ipca Laboratories posted strong Q3 FY26 results with standalone revenue from operations up 11% at Rs. 1,845.18 crores and consolidated revenue up 7% at Rs. 2,392.50 crores. Standalone net profit grew 13% to Rs. 303.45 crores while consolidated net profit jumped 31% to Rs. 326.27 crores. For nine months FY26, standalone net profit rose 22% to Rs. 870.23 crores and consolidated net profit rose 26% to Rs. 842.05 crores. EBITDA margins expanded notably, with standalone Q3 EBITDA margin at 26.09% (vs 24.25% in Q3 FY25) and consolidated at 22.15% (vs 19.87%). Indian formulations grew 12% and exports grew 13% during the quarter. The company also completed 100% acquisition of Unichem Laboratories Limited (Ireland) and incorporated a new wholly-owned subsidiary in Germany. Statutory auditor N V C & Associates LLP issued an unmodified limited review report.
Positive for shareholders: strong topline growth, healthy margin expansion, and solid profit growth signal operational momentum. The Unichem acquisition and German subsidiary expand the global footprint, though the European Commission fine provision remains a one-off watch item. Overall a healthy quarterly performance likely to support positive sentiment.
