On the reaction day the stock moved 0.9 pts more than Nifty Smallcap 250 and 1.9 pts more than its Civil Construction peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
The board approved investing up to Rs 753.48 crore in IRB InvIT Fund by subscribing to newly issued units. IRB will buy 11,96,95,000 units at Rs 62.95 each, subject to regulatory approvals. The funds will help the InvIT acquire three project companies from IRB Infrastructure Trust. Its FY25 turnover was Rs 1,110.24 crore and profit after tax was Rs 355.84 crore.
This supports the InvIT's project acquisitions and future growth, but commits cash. Any stock impact depends on returns, valuation and funding terms.
