The Board of the Investment Manager of IRB InvIT Fund, at its meeting on November 13, 2025, approved the unaudited consolidated and standalone financial results for Q2 and H1 FY26 (ended September 30, 2025). Revenue from operations for Q2 stood at Rs. 2,725.79 million, with profit after tax of Rs. 827.38 million (down sequentially from Rs. 995.97 million in Q1). For H1 FY26, total income was Rs. 5,702.19 million and PAT was Rs. 1,823.35 million, compared with Rs. 5,456.45 million and Rs. 1,711.04 million in H1 FY25. The Trust declared its 2nd distribution of FY26 at Rs. 1.50 per unit (Rs. 0.90 as interest, Rs. 0.48 as return of capital, Rs. 0.12 as exempt dividend), with record date of November 18, 2025 and payment by November 25, 2025. NAV at fair value was reported at Rs. 96.60 per unit on net assets of Rs. 56,070 million.
The distribution of Rs. 1.50 per unit provides a steady income for unitholders and is in line with InvIT norms requiring at least 90% of NDCF to be distributed. Sequential dip in PAT may draw some attention, though H1 PAT growth of about 6.6% YoY remains positive for the fund.
