IRB InvIT Fund's Investment Manager (IRB Infrastructure Pvt Ltd) has launched an institutional placement of units under SEBI InvIT Regulations. The Board approved opening of the issue on October 8, 2025 and set the floor price at ₹62.69 per unit, based on the SEBI-prescribed pricing formula. The issue had earlier received Board approval on May 30, 2025 and unitholder approval via postal ballot on July 3, 2025. The trading window for designated persons has been closed since October 1, 2025. Final issue price will be determined in consultation with lead managers.
