Mr. Virendra D. Mhaiskar, Promoter and Chairman & Managing Director of the Sponsor of IRB InvIT Fund, acquired additional Units of the Trust on the NSE. He bought 5,22,000 units on March 27, 2026 for about Rs. 3.11 crore, and another 5,22,000 units on March 30, 2026 for about Rs. 3.13 crore. In total, he picked up roughly 10.44 lakh units (around 0.08% of outstanding units) for about Rs. 6.24 crore. His holding rose from 1,38,06,000 units (1.08%) to 1,48,50,000 units (1.16%) of the Trust. The disclosure was filed under SEBI's Prohibition of Insider Trading Regulations.
