IRB InvIT Fund has allotted 1,15,000 senior, secured, rated, listed, redeemable non-convertible debentures (NCDs) worth ₹1,150 crores via private placement to eligible investors. The NCDs are split into three series: Series A of ₹575 crores (57,500 NCDs) with a 5-year tenure at 7.35% p.a., Series B of ₹300 crores (30,000 NCDs) with a 10-year tenure at 7.40% p.a., and Series C of ₹275 crores (27,500 NCDs) with a 15-year tenure at 7.40% p.a. The NCDs will be listed on BSE. The allotment was approved by the Committee of Directors of IRB Infrastructure Private Limited (the Investment Manager) on November 4, 2025, following the company's earlier disclosure dated October 8, 2025.
This ₹1,150 crore debt raise strengthens the InvIT's capital base for road infrastructure assets or refinancing existing borrowings. Coupon rates of 7.35–7.40% are competitive, and the staggered 5/10/15-year maturities help manage refinancing risk without putting immediate pressure on distributions to unit holders.
