Awaiting price reaction for this filing.
Mr. Virendra D. Mhaiskar, Promoter and Chairman & Managing Director of the Sponsor of IRB InvIT Fund, bought additional Units of the Trust over three consecutive trading sessions (March 23, 24, and 25, 2026) on the NSE through market purchases. In each session, he acquired 5,22,000 Units (0.04%) for roughly Rs. 3.03–3.09 crore per day, taking his total buy to 15,66,000 Units worth approximately Rs. 9.18 crore. His Unit holding rose from 1,22,40,000 Units (0.96%) before the purchases to 1,38,06,000 Units (1.08%) after. The disclosure was filed under SEBI's Insider Trading Regulations to report these continual disclosures by a designated person.
This is a small but consistent open-market purchase by the promoter, which is generally seen as a positive confidence signal from someone with insider knowledge of the Trust's prospects. The increase in holding is modest (about 0.12 percentage points), so it is unlikely to materially move the stock price, but it does signal promoter conviction.
