IRB InvIT: Preferential issue of 5.4 crore units at Rs 65 approved

IRB InvIT Fund unitholders approved a preferential issue of 5.4 crore units at Rs 65 per unit, raising up to Rs 351 crore to fund acquisition of Target SPVs. The trust clarified that Scenario 2 in the EM notice should be disregarded as illustrative only. A typo in the 90-day VWAP was corrected from Rs 61.65 to Rs 61.59 per unit, though the Rs 65 issue price is unchanged and remains compliant with SEBI InvIT Regulations.
