Ircon International's Board, at its May 21, 2025 meeting, approved audited financial results (Standalone and Consolidated) for Q4 and FY25, along with a final dividend of Rs. 1.00 per share (face value Rs. 2) — 50% of paid-up capital — on top of an interim dividend of Rs. 1.65 per share already paid. Standalone revenue from operations fell to Rs. 10,193.14 crore from Rs. 11,950.40 crore in FY24, a ~14.7% decline, while standalone net profit after tax dropped to Rs. 737.59 crore from Rs. 862.90 crore (~14.5% lower). Consolidated PAT declined sharper at ~21.7% to Rs. 727.83 crore. Statutory auditors issued an un-modified (clean) opinion but flagged the liquidation of joint entity IRSDC as an emphasis of matter. Operating cash flow turned negative in FY25 despite positive net profit. Director (Works) Shri Ajit Kumar Mishra was also designated as KMP for 5 years.
Declining top-line and bottom-line numbers, combined with negative operating cash flow, may pressure the stock in the short term, though the combined Rs. 2.65 total dividend signals continued shareholder returns. As a Government of India undertaking, the company retains policy support, but investors should watch project execution and working-capital trends closely.
