IRCON International posted Q1 FY26-27 standalone revenue of Rs 1,800.27 cr (up 8.2% YoY) with net profit of Rs 163.52 cr (up 8.6% YoY). Consolidated revenue rose to Rs 1,955.83 cr but net profit fell sharply to Rs 92.03 cr from Rs 164.10 cr a year ago, dragged by a Rs 13.36 cr share of loss from joint ventures and Rs 21.14 cr loss from 11 subsidiaries. Auditor flagged an emphasis of matter on ISTPL and IRSDC JVs being prepared on liquidation basis. Board also re-appointed Cost Auditor for FY26-27.
Mixed results - robust standalone growth offset by weak JV and subsidiary losses pulling down consolidated earnings; liquidation of two JVs may bring one-time cash flows.
