IRIS Business Services posted Q2 FY26 revenue of Rs 28.6 crore, up 6 percent YoY. Continuing operations PAT fell to Rs 1.8 crore from Rs 3.8 crore a year ago. Net PAT surged to Rs 116.9 crore on an exceptional gain of about Rs 136 crore from sale of its GST ASP business, 100 percent stake in IRIS Logix Solutions, and Malaysia e-invoicing business to Sovos. The Board also appointed Madhavan Hariharan as Independent Director and noted the exit of Haseeb Drabu.
One-time divestment gain lifts book value sharply, but core continuing operations profits declined. Watch underlying business trends after the high-margin business exit.
