On the reaction day the stock moved 6.9 pts less than Nifty Microcap 250 and 7.0 pts less than its Software Products peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.

IRIS RegTech posted Q1 FY26 consolidated revenue of Rs. 32.75 crore, up 30% YoY from Rs. 25.19 crore. However, the company swung to a net loss of Rs. 0.97 crore versus a profit of Rs. 0.22 crore a year ago due to higher employee and other costs. RegTech and DataTech segments remained loss-making. Board also appointed Shailesh Gupta as Business Head - SupTech and Bank-RegTech effective August 20.
Strong top-line growth is encouraging, but the swing to a quarterly loss and sharp margin compression may weigh on investor sentiment near-term.
