IRM Energy Q2 FY26 results: standalone PAT Rs 142.04 million (vs Rs 129.43 million YoY) and consolidated PAT Rs 125.57 million (vs Rs 120.12 million YoY). Net revenue rose 12% YoY to Rs 2,594.40 million on 10% volume growth, with CNG volumes up 20%. Board appointed Mr. Arunkumar Saluru as new CFO. Also approved merger of Enertech Distribution Management (a 21.12% shareholder) into IRM Energy; shareholding will not change as the same number of shares will be issued back. Auditor flagged Rs 11 million overdue preference share redemption and Rs 122.82 million advances from associate Farm Gas Private Limited.
Positive CNG volume and revenue momentum, but EBITDA margin compressed from 15% to 12% YoY and FGPL recovery risk remains a watch item.
