ISF Limited reported Q2 FY26 revenue from operations of ₹44.77 lakhs, broadly flat compared to ₹44.58 lakhs in Q2 FY25. Half-year revenue grew marginally to ₹87.51 lakhs from ₹86.96 lakhs. Profit after tax for the half-year jumped to ₹11.76 lakhs from ₹4.47 lakhs in H1 FY25, driven by a sharp drop in total expenses. Q2 FY26 PAT was ₹11.38 lakhs versus ₹2.14 lakhs in the year-ago quarter. The auditor VSSA & Associates issued an unmodified (clean) limited review opinion. The company also announced the resignation of CEO Mr. Anil Kumar Verma and the appointment of Mr. Vishal Dang as the new CEO. Borrowings on the balance sheet declined notably to ₹280.48 lakhs from ₹441.42 lakhs a year earlier, and operating cash flow remained positive at ₹95.77 lakhs for the half-year.
Profitability improved sharply despite flat top-line, supported by lower costs and reduced finance burden, which is a positive signal for shareholders. The clean auditor opinion and stronger cash generation are reassuring, though the small revenue base and management transition at the top remain points to watch.
