Isgec Heavy Engineering reported Q1 FY27 results. Standalone revenue from operations grew about 58% year on year to Rs. 1,553 crore from Rs. 984 crore. Standalone PAT rose about 6% to Rs. 92 crore. Consolidated revenue grew about 46% to Rs. 1,980 crore with PAT up about 31% to Rs. 17.5 crore. EPS stood at Rs. 12.52 standalone and Rs. 1.22 consolidated. Company sold 25% stake in SFW Isgec Energy, reducing holding to 26% and deconsolidating it from June 25, 2026, booking a gain of Rs. 3.5 crore standalone. Prior year comparatives were restated due to reclassification of Bioeq Energy as continuing operations.
Strong top-line growth and improved consolidated profitability signal positive momentum, though deconsolidation of a subsidiary affects year-on-year comparability of consolidated numbers.
