On the reaction day the stock moved 0.5 pts less than Nifty Microcap 250 and 0.1 pts more than its Specialty Chemicals peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
Ishan Dyes and Chemicals submitted revised audited FY26 results after an earlier omission of the audit qualification statement. FY26 revenue fell to Rs 7,663.63 lakhs from Rs 10,446.85 lakhs in FY25. The company reported a net loss of Rs 710.85 lakhs against a profit of Rs 108.50 lakhs last year. The auditor issued a qualified opinion flagging two issues: a Rs 1,460.22 lakh loan to related party Cluster Enviro Private Limited whose net worth has turned negative, with no impairment provision made; and inventory overvalued by Rs 284.78 lakhs above cost. Board also appointed a new internal auditor for FY27.
Negative: revenue drop, swing to loss, and qualified audit opinion over doubtful related-party loan raise governance and asset quality concerns for shareholders.
