iStreet Network allotted 93.83 lakh equity shares at Rs. 6 each to 13 allottees, raising about Rs. 5.63 crore in cash. It also allotted 2.44 crore convertible warrants at Rs. 6 each to 46 allottees, which could bring in up to Rs. 14.67 crore in total, with only Rs. 3.67 crore received upfront now and the rest payable later. The issue price includes a Rs. 2 premium over the Rs. 4 face value. Warrants are convertible into one equity share each by May 27, 2027. The allotment was approved by shareholders in the September 26, 2025 AGM and received BSE in-principle approval on November 19, 2025.
Existing shareholders will face immediate dilution from the new equity shares and potential further dilution if warrant holders choose to convert by May 2027. The cash infusion should strengthen the company's balance sheet, though preferential allotments at low prices typically put short-term pressure on the stock.
