ITC Hotels reported Q1 FY27 standalone revenue of Rs 808.39 crore, up 8.7% YoY, with PAT rising 18.2% to Rs 177.01 crore. Consolidated revenue grew 14.8% to Rs 936.02 crore and PAT jumped 36% to Rs 181.91 crore, aided by the May 2026 acquisition of Kerala Luxury Resorts (formerly Zuri Hotels) as a wholly owned subsidiary. No exceptional items were reported and auditors S.R. Batliboi issued an unmodified limited review opinion.
Strong consolidated profit growth supported by acquisition and operating leverage; clean auditor report is positive for shareholder sentiment.
