On the reaction day the stock moved 3.9 pts more than Nifty Midcap 150 and 4.4 pts more than its Hotels & Resorts peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.

ITC Hotels reported Q2 FY27 consolidated revenue from operations of ₹1,054 crore, up 26% year on year, EBITDA of ₹337 crore, up 37%, and PAT of ₹203 crore, up 52%. Occupancy rose to 76% and RevPAR grew 21%. It signed 20 hotels in H1, taking the managed pipeline to 84 hotels and about 8,200 keys, completed the 130-key Welcomhotel Ahmedabad acquisition, and allocated 2.8 acres in Lucknow for a 200-plus-key hotel.
Strong earnings, higher occupancy and a larger managed pipeline support sentiment, though execution on new hotels and acquisitions remains key.
