Consolidated Q2 FY27 revenue rose 26% to Rs 1,054.14 crore and profit after tax increased 52% to Rs 202.65 crore. Six-month revenue grew 20% to Rs 1,990.16 crore, while profit rose 44% to Rs 384.56 crore. Operating cash flow was Rs 545.79 crore. GHK and KLRPL acquisitions affect prior-period comparisons. The auditor review was unmodified.
Positive for shareholders due to strong revenue and profit growth, but acquisition effects limit a clear view of underlying growth.
