ITC board declared an interim dividend of Rs 6.50 per share for FY26, same as last year. Record date is Feb 4, 2026 and payment will be between Feb 26 to 28, 2026. Q3 FY26 standalone net profit at Rs 5,088.83 cr versus Rs 5,421.36 cr last year. Total income rose to Rs 20,431.36 cr. Results include a Rs 273.83 cr one-time charge for new labour code provisions.
Steady dividend maintained. Q3 profit dipped slightly YoY mainly due to a one-time labour code charge; core operations remain stable.
