ITI Limited filed a corrigendum fixing clerical errors in its Q4 FY26 audited results. Q4 consolidated PAT is revised up from Rs 37,536 lakhs to Rs 43,591 lakhs. Full year FY26 PAT stays at Rs 29,283 lakhs (consolidated), swinging from a prior year loss of Rs 21,489 lakhs. Revenue from operations fell to Rs 2,18,372 lakhs from Rs 3,61,642 lakhs. The full year profit is driven by an exceptional gain of Rs 83,219 lakhs from sale of 21 acres of land to the Central Tax Department, partially offset by a Rs 30,168 lakhs write-off of long-outstanding bad debts.
Q4 profit revised higher but full year results unchanged. Headline profit relies on one-time land sale; core operations remain loss-making.
