ITL Industries' Board approved its Q1 FY26 unaudited results on August 11, 2025, along with the auditor's Limited Review Report. Standalone total operating income rose to Rs 5,517.18 lakhs from Rs 4,088.46 lakhs in Q1 FY25, a growth of about 35% year-on-year. However, standalone net profit was nearly flat at Rs 228.93 lakhs versus Rs 226.62 lakhs last year, with EPS at Rs 7.13 versus Rs 7.07. Consolidated revenue also grew sharply to Rs 5,582.25 lakhs, but consolidated net profit dipped slightly to Rs 228.60 lakhs from Rs 231.12 lakhs. The auditor (Mahendra Badjatya & Co.) issued an unmodified review report with no qualifications or emphasis of matter. The consolidated numbers include subsidiary MM Metals Private Limited, which contributed Rs 3.61 lakhs in revenue and a Rs 0.61 lakh loss.
Strong top-line growth driven by both Machine Manufacturing and Trading segments, but muted bottom-line growth indicates margin pressure for shareholders. The disconnect between revenue acceleration and flat profits may concern investors watching for operating leverage, though the clean auditor report and stable EPS offer some comfort.
